As part of making June more fun and active we have teamed up with Bray Area Partnership who, through Healthy Ireland, have put together a series of videos as part of a Health and Wellbeing Programme incorporating body and mind.
Health and Nutrition Facilitator, Aisling Kirwan, has worked with us in the school before delivering a variety of fun and healthy parent and children cooking and nutrition classes.
Each week we will upload Aisling’s latest video, along with a list of ingredients needed, and would love to see as many of you as possible get involved and try out a couple of the latest recipes at home. For our first week, Aisling is making homemade pizza!
Check out the video below and please send us some photos or video to the school mobile or your class teacher for us to share and as always please leave a comment on the blog telling us your thoughts!

If none of the supermarkets are stocking Carolin have you tried Health Matters on the main street? Aisling would get a lot of items there and they sell it.

We made it for dinner and had lots of dough left over for the fridge and the freezer! Great recipe as always from Aisling and a really helpful video. Thanks Aisling and to Mr Kinsella for organising it!
Looking forward to the next recipe next week!
