This week, in 2nd class, we’ve been learning all about Halloween. The main event was on Friday when we all dressed up! Check out our costumes:
We had a brilliant day dressing up!
We put a lot of effort into our costumes.
Also this week, we learned about Halloween traditions and we used last year’s podcast to learn a rhyme about Halloween safety. Look what Jerry brought in to celebrate Halloween!

We made our own podcast about road safety at Halloween and recorded our reading. We’ve been practising our fluency and expression.
We took the Hi-Glo Silver pledge and got armbands from the RSA. We went for a walk with our high visibility armbands to test them out and practised crossing the road safely. Check out our Animoto!
We had great fun last week with Halloween maths and our barm brack. Check out our Tweets in the Storify below.
Happy Halloween everyone!
